Support for new house building in the UK has almost doubled in the past four years, new figures from the British Social Attitude survey has revealed. More than half of those questioned (56%), support new homes being built in their area, some 27 points higher than in 2010. Meadows Reach, located in the family-friendly village of Binfield near Bracknell in Berkshire, has witnessed first-hand the demand for new homes in the area, as now only three family homes remain.

Finished to the highest standards, the collection of 18 attractive three and four bedroom homes are perfectly positioned, nestled in leafy surroundings with mature trees, a running stream and open meadows.

Sales and Marketing Director for Millgate, Jonathan Cranley comments: “The research is very encouraging and it’s easy to see why there has been an increase in support for new homes. Families want to settle in an area that not only meets their needs today, but also accommodates their changing future requirements. At Meadows Reach, there was a great opportunity for Millgate to create premium homes in the popular village of Binfield, and the results are clear. The interest has been high since we launched last autumn, and there are now only three homes remaining.”

Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a high specification is what homebuyers can expect at Meadows Reach. All kitchens are designed on an individual basis and incorporate a comprehensive range of floor and wall cabinets complemented with stone work surfaces and up-stands. Integrated Siemens appliances include a fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The bathroom, cloakroom and en-suites are equipped with Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware with contemporary chrome furnishings. Typical of Millgate, buyers can expect gardens to the front and rear which are laid to lawn with areas for planting.

With Windsor, Ascot and Reading within easy distance and the town of Bracknell just minutes away, Meadows Reach is well positioned to make the most of the wide range of local amenities.

Bracknell itself is currently undergoing a major £750m regeneration programme which has already seen the arrival of a new Waitrose superstore. There are ambitious plans for the striking new town centre with a cinema, major retailers and a host of culinary delights, including a Fenwick and Carluccios.

Residents at gated Meadows Reach are suitably located for a wide choice of pre-school nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools and colleges of all educational levels. Within close proximity is the highly-regarded Ranelagh Church of England Academy, a thriving centre for academic excellence.

Binfield enjoys a country village ambience but is also within easy reach of the M25 and only 35 miles from central London. Residents can benefit from two railway stations, Bracknell and Martins Heron, both of which are on the Waterloo to Reading line. Nearby Twyford will see the introduction of Crossrail in 2018 providing numerous high-speed trains to the heart of the City in well under an hour.

Prices for the three remaining four-bedroom properties start at £725,000. For more information, visit millgatehomes.co.uk.
