Direct Line offers two months' worth of free car insurance

2nd March 2012 Print

Bargain hunters are being warned they may miss out on a great deal if they don't remember to go direct for their car insurance, as Direct Line is offering two months' worth of free insurance on car insurance policies quoted until 31st May 2012.

Quotes are valid for 90 days, so even if a driver's insurance isn't due before the offer ends, they can get a quote and still take up a policy at that price and on those payment terms any time within the next three months.

Steve Price, Head of Direct Line Car Insurance, said: "There is nothing worse than feeling you're missing out on something, which is why everybody looking for a car insurance quote should remember to come direct. Direct Line isn't on price comparison websites, so consumers who use them aren't getting a full comparison of the market and may be missing out on a better deal."
