Spring detox at Es Saadi Palace Spa, Marrakech

Es Saadi Gardens & Resort in Marrakech has launched a Detox Weekend within its 3000m² Palace Spa for the spring. While many use the New Year to deep cleanse, the harsh winter months are generally best avoided and the body’s renewed energy in the spring makes this a better time to detox.

The dedicated Detox Weekend includes rebalancing and cleansing treatments, to soothe and reenergize body and mind. For the body, Es Saadi Palace Spa’s 50-minute signature ‘Extra-Light’ detox massage uses hand and bamboo pressure to stimulate circulation, in turn combatting water retention and cellulite. For the face, a 50-minute Rose and Argan Facial maximizes the benefits of argan oil with its high vitamin E content to restore and moisturise, while the virtues of the rose reveal a rejuvenated and radiant skin.

Nourishing the body from the inside, a three course lunch at Bio du Bled is included, using antioxidant rich spring fruit and vegetables from Es Saadi’s own organic farm.

Complimenting the soothing detox experience, other facilities includeOriental Thermae steam baths – Es Saadi’s exclusive circuit of steam baths, saunas, whirlpools, a laconium and ice fountains with colour, music and oriental fragrances to purify and restore.  Hydrotherapypools, private Moroccan hammams, and a terrace for private yoga and stretching classes are also available. 

The Detox Weekend includes the above treatments, access to the 2400sqm heated swimming-pool and the Oriental Thermae and starts at 4775 MAD (approx. £355) per person, or 8600 MAD (approx. £640) for two sharing a Junior Suite, including airport transfers.
