Increased demand from West Midlands’ homebuyers for larger homes has resulted in Crest Nicholson releasing the final phase of its Harvest Fields development in Sutton Coldfield. There has already been significant interest from homebuyers in the final phase of Harvest Fields with 55% of properties already being sold.

Amanda Benjamin, Senior Sales Manager at Crest Nicholson Midlands commented: “We’ve experienced a real demand for larger properties from house-hunters in the West Midlands. Harvest Fields is a high specification development in a popular and desirable location, and it has been designed specifically to meet the local need for larger family homes. I would urge people to visit the development soon to see the great range of homes on offer before they’re all snapped up.”

The final phase of the development offers a new range of three, four and five bedroom detached homes ideally located on the north side of the much sought after and busy town of Sutton Coldfield and within 10 miles of the Cathedral city of Lichfield. Harvest Fields is an established community with excellent links to the M42 and M6, as well as bus and train lines into Birmingham New Street.

This development is particularly well suited for families with a number of excellent schools close by including Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School and Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls, which received a rating of outstanding in Ofsted's latest report. All of the new houses are detached properties and come with their own garage.

Visitors to the development can get a feel for the design and finish of the properties on offer with a look around the stunning four bedroom Middleavon show home. The Middleavon offers buyers stylish living for the modern family, with beautifully designed rooms and every contemporary comfort on hand.

In particular, it boasts an impressive open-plan kitchen/dining room with stylish central hob and extractor fan, integrated double oven and fridge freezer, separate utility area and access to the garden via French Doors. The ground floor is completed by a spacious hallway, large living room and downstairs cloakroom.

Current availability at Harvest Fields ranges from £279,950 for a four bedroom Padstow to £399,950 for a five bedroom, three storey Regent house.
