House builder keeps customers happy
As the trend continues to grow for new homes to offer great family living spaces, it is not surprising that a well designed interior is top of the list for prospective house buyers in Yorkshire and Humber.
This, amongst many other facts, was discovered during a survey commissioned by leading house builder Miller Homes which found that over 79 per cent cited the kitchen as the most important element in any home. In addition, 59 per cent were house hunting to provide them with more space and a staggering 82 per cent still considered that purchasing a home represented a wise financial investment.
“Buyers in the Yorkshire and Humber region showed consistency in their home requirements and these wishes and comments do help when we are designing and building new properties,” said Steve McElroy sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Such feedback represents a valuable business tool and we are delighted that our buyers are happy to share their thoughts and experiences with us.”
Furthermore, in a national customer satisfaction survey, over 97 per cent of its customers said that they would not hesitate to recommend Miller Homes to a friend, underpinning the core values that Miller has when delivering its customer service.
“Miller Homes in Yorkshire takes immense pride in delivering excellent customer service and we offer help and assistance throughout the purchase process,” said Steve. “In addition, we ensure we fulfil our customer expectations to enhance their buying experience.”
One example of this is the recent launch of the Yorkshire ‘Choices Centre’ which allows all new buyers to add the finishing touches to their new home in a bespoke centre and receive expert advice. This includes choosing units, worktops, tiles and appliances to create your dream kitchen.
Miller Homes currently has twelve developments across the region and offers properties from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom luxury family homes, ranging from £77,500 to £320,000.
