Renowned restaurateurs Salt Yard Group (Salt Yard, Dehesa, Opera Tavern) are hugely excited to announce that they will be teaming up with roaming cinema The Nomad, as their official food partner for a series of pop up cinematic events in London’s Queen’s Park this summer.

Using their newly launched catering arm, Salt Yard Group will offer cinema goers their own creative take on traditional cinema and al fresco fare, with a selection of dishes to choose from, including Ibérico burgers with manchego and guindilla, Ibérico hot dogs with romesco sauce, caramelized onions, guindilla and mustard alioli, as well as some of their hugely popular signature creations, salt cod croquettes and courgette flowers with goat’s cheese and honey.

For those who don’t fancy venturing over to the mobile kitchen, Salt Yard Group ushers and usherettes will also be on hand to wander through the crowds with a further selection of edible goodies, including gazpacho, smoked paprika popcorn, cinnamon and lemon popcorn and a variety of homemade ice creams and fudges.
