Last chance to buy at exclusive town development

23rd May 2012 Print

There is a last chance to buy a stunning new family home at Linden Homes’ exclusive town development in Knaresborough.

Since the development was launched at the start of the year, sales have soared at Jacob Smith Gardens – where 75 per cent of the new homes have now been reserved.

Just three of the 12 stunning three, four and five-bedroom homes are left for sale at the development, which is transforming the town’s former Somerly site (owned by the late Miss Winifred Jacob Smith).

All of the new homes have been reserved from plan, which has allowed customers to pick their preferred plot and take advantage of the many benefits of selecting a new home from the drawing board.

While the first of the homes are due for imminent completion, others will be ready to move into between August and October 2012.

The high specification homes feature many comforts of 21st century living, including top quality sound system, quartz kitchen worktops, integrated appliances and fully tiled bathrooms.

The remaining homes are priced at £565,000.

The North Yorkshire development is perfectly positioned for commuting, shopping and sightseeing with Knaresborough enjoying an excellent network of road and rail links, in particular the A1 (M).

Major centres like York, Leeds and Harrogate are also within easy reach – or for a change of pace and scenery, the Yorkshire Dales are just 25 miles away,
