Volkswagen Amarok available from £299 a month

For the first time since the Amarok was introduced in the UK launch last year, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is introducing a competitive finance offer from £299 a month (plus VAT and initial payment), which is available until 30 June 2012.
 
For maximum convenience for all customers, the finance offers include contract hire or finance lease, plus PCP Solutions packages at the same rate for business or private users.
 
This coincides with the news that production of the Amarok will be starting at Volkswagen’s factory in Hanover, Germany, this summer.  The move will improve the supply of vehicles to the UK and reduce lead times, while the Volkswagen factory in Argentina will continue to produce the Amarok for Latin American and South American markets.

The Amarok has one of the widest cargo areas in its class, wide enough to take a Euro pallet sideways.  It has one of Volkswagen’s latest and most refined 2.0-litre TDI engines with low emissions from 199 g/km and power outputs of 122 PS and 163 PS, plus impressive torque outputs of up to 400 Nm.  This is combined with a choice of selectable or permanent 4MOTION four-wheel drive, and three trim levels.  Retail prices starting from £17,995 (plus VAT).
