Miller Homes’ 100% home exchange gets house hunters moving

5th July 2012 Print

House hunters looking for a new home, but haven’t managed to sell their current property, should head for Miller Homes’ Victoria Mills development. The housebuilder is now offering 100 per cent Home Exchange on its two bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplexes.

Built on the former linen works in Dunfermline’s Pilmur Street, housebuyers will be able to start moving into the 154 plot development, which is close to the town centre and refurbished Carnegie Leisure Centre, this autumn.

And with prices starting at £94,000, those looking to upsize, downsize or swap like-for-like could be in their stylish new apartment or duplex within the next three months.

Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director for Miller Homes Scotland East, said: “Home Exchange is a unique scheme, very different from traditional part exchange. It enables buyers to swap their old home for a brand new one, even if there is no difference between the value of the two, subject to qualifying criteria.

“The development will be a fantastic place to live as it’s in the centre of Dunfermline and appeals to a wide range of housebuyers from first time buyers, investors and couples looking to downsize.”

Designed with the busy urban professional in mind, the two bedroom apartments are ideal for first time buyers or professional couples. Combining convenience with uncompromisingly modern styling, the variety of interior layouts and features adds immensely to their appeal.

Split over two floors, the duplexes make perfect homes for downsizers or growing families. Accessed through a main front door leads to the spacious lounge and across the hallway is the open plan family kitchen/dining area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite and two further good sized bedrooms, as well as the family bathroom. Priced from £159,000.
