The first phase of the luxurious development consists of 8 distinguished detached villas and offers a beautiful tranquil setting, yet within easy reach of everything the Festival city has to offer.

Following customer feedback, Graysmill Dell was designed to improve the finer details in these homes of distinction. The 5 and 6 bedroom detached family villas have been enhanced from the last Graysmill phase, added features include accommodation above some of the detached garages, kitchens by Kitchens International, separate offices, plus additional shower rooms, all designed offer house-buyers a bespoke home.

Luxurious details flow throughout each home. The master bedrooms include walk-in wardrobes, dressing area and en-suite with his and her wash-hand basins. Each home also comes with a garden and a detached double garage.

Prices range from £760,000 for The Adam, a 5 bedroomed home, £940,000 for The Playfair, winner of Luxury House of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards 2011 and The Lorimar at £990,000 for the spectacular 6 bedroom house.

Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director of Miller Homes Scotland East, said: “This is our final phase at Graysmill Dell and, like the earlier two, it has proven to be a location of choice among people searching for the right home in the Capital. From the moment you drive in, viewers are captivated by the rural feel of the development while, at the same time, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the city centre.”

Graysmill Dell is a short walk away from Craiglockhart Dell where the pathways run alongside the Water of Leith. As well as the tranquillity of the area, there is a great range of local leisure facilities, plus an eclectic mix of shops and cafes in nearby Morningside, excellent schools (state and private) as well as easy access to the city centre.
