Part exchange makes it easier than ever to buy a new home
It is now easier than ever for buyers to move into a brand new home at The Edge in Dunstable, by taking advantage of Bloor Homes’ 105% part exchange scheme.
The scheme is available for the five three bedroom townhouses currently for sale at the development. It allows purchasers to offset the value of their current home against the purchase price of their new Bloor property, saving money on solicitors’ and agents’ fees, as well as removing the need to find a buyer.
Bloor Homes will determine the market value of a purchaser’s present home by asking three local estate agents to provide a valuation of the property, based on the price the agent believes the property will achieve for an immediate sale. For a limited period, Bloor Homes will offer 105% of this sale price. If that offer is accepted, buyers can reserve their new Bloor Home, subject to contract and survey, with a £750 deposit.
