If you've got a little baby Hembury Court will provide a travel cot and highchair and pretty much everything you're likely to need, so you can just pack the essentials.

There is so much to see and do around East Devon for young families. The Jurassic Coast is a huge draw with its stunning beaches at Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe. Local National Trust houses include Killerton House, Powderham Castle and Knightshayes.

There's the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth; the Country Life museum in Exmouth; Diggerland in Cullompton; Crealy Adventure Park; Escot Gardens, Park and Maze; The Playdome in Honiton... the list is endless.
