More opportunity for first time buyers at Willow Fields
Following a surge in demand from first-time buyers, Miller Homes has announced plans to build an additional series of properties perfectly suited for this market at its Willow Fields development in Wesham.
The leading house builder is developing a block of three two bedroom apartments and nine three bedroom mews and semi-detached homes available from just £89,950. The new homes are available to buy now off-plan and will be ready to move into in December.

The scheme, which is available on selected properties, provides buyers with an equity loan of up to 20% of the purchase price, meaning the only have to fund the balance of the purchase price (as little as 80%) with a conventional mortgage, savings and any deposit where required.
