A brand-new show home is now open for anyone wanting to take a closer look at the beautifully designed properties at Jelson Homes’ Vale Meadows development in Oakley Vale.

The four-bedroom Chetwode is professionally designed and dressed in a striking palette of pillar-box red and soft green hues, accentuated with black. The property showcases the homes perfectly and gives house-hunters a chance to view the high quality at first hand.

The Chetwode house type features a large open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, with utility, and a handy cloakroom, as well as offering an internal garage. Upstairs, house-hunters will find four well-sized bedrooms, with the master benefiting from an en suite, and a family bathroom.

The development also features a variety of other homes suitable for several different buyers, including two-bedroom apartments and semi-detached properties, three-bedroom townhouses and three- and four-bedroom detached homes. So, whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for a family home or wanting to downsize, the range is suitable for all. Prices start from just £94,950.

These homes have all been built to Jelson’s traditional standards and yet designed to suit modern living. Included in the price are features like fitted kitchens from Jelson’s own workshop, solid internal walls and Jelson-made PVCu windows, in addition to ceramic tiles to the kitchen, carpets, turf to the lawns and garages with every detached home, setting these properties, in Birstall, apart from the competition.

Jackie Woodward, sales manager for Jelson Homes, said: “The opening of the Vale Meadows show home will give visitors a chance to really experience the quality of a Jelson home and what it would be like to live here in Oakley Vale. We have no doubt that this show home will impress house-hunters and those in the market for moving.”

Corby’s bustling town centre, located just a couple of miles away, offers a good selection of high-street shops, banks, supermarkets and eateries. For commuters, Oakley Vale enjoys an excellent network of A roads, leading to the major cities of Leicester, Northampton and Peterborough. The nearby M1 allows access further north or south; with Corby train station providing a direct link to London St Pancras International, nowhere is out of bounds.
