New home buyers are set to get a welcome boost thanks to an autumn roll-out of the popular ‘Ask the Experts’ events from Taylor Wimpey East Scotland.

‘Ask the Experts’ events, will run from 5.30pm-7pm at Duloch Grange in Dunfermline and Redmond Vale in Kelty on 6 September, and also from 5.30pm-7pm at Fordell Lea and Pilmuir Place – both Dunfermline on 13 September. The Scholars and Scholars Green will play host to experts from 5pm-7pm on Thursday 13 September, whilst Ferrier Path in Armadale will host an event on Sunday 9 September between 12-3pm.

As well as Taylor Wimpey advisors who will be on-hand to give support on selling your current home, or indeed helpful advice on how to take those first steps onto the property ladder, visitors can pick-up details of other Taylor Wimpey customer buying schemes including PX, shared equity, depositmatch and Easymover – and there’s access to an independent IFA who will be available for free financial advice.

Plus the first ten visitors to each event will receive a free £10 M&S voucher so you can ‘dine in on us’, and every visitor to the developments will be entered into a free prize draw to win an iPad.

Karen Armstrong, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “People still want to move home but are sometimes worried about getting the right mortgage deal or don’t want the hassle of selling their property, plus there’s the worry of all the additional fees and costs associated with moving house. Through our ‘Ask the Experts’ events, buyers can benefit from the expertise of Taylor Wimpey and its specially-selected team of advisors, plus save thousands of pounds, whatever their situation.

““And to whet your appetite even further, the first ten visitors to any of our events will also qualify for a £10 M&S voucher - just ask the sales executive for more information.”
