Spice Market
Experience the flavours of Arabia at a traditional spice market. With inspiration from the streets in Southeast Asia, Jean-Georges Vongerichten showcases authentic south-east Asian cuisine with a hint of local spices and flavours. Dinner at Al Tawash Restaurant in the Souq Waquif
Located in the heart of the traditional Arabic Souq (market) Waquif, dine at Al Tawash, one of the largest and most popular restaurants in Qatar. Known for its signature Middle Eastern cuisine, including Harees (boiled wheat, similar to porridge) and Kabsa (a traditional rice dish made with spices, vegetables and meat), savour the authentic flavours whilst taking in the hustle and bustle of the surrounding market environment. Arabian Night Safari ‘sand dune bashing’
Venture into darkness on an Arabian Night Safari for the ultimate twilight experience. Brace yourself on the back of a quad bike as the natural roller-coaster is negotiated, before being rewarding with a traditional Arabic meal in the picturesque surroundings. Katara Cultural Village
Stop by the Katara Village to peruse cultural exhibitions, or take-in concerts and shows. Katara Beach is also close by with adrenaline pumping activities such as banana boat rides, knee boarding and parasailing on offer. For those still after adrenaline thrills, lessons are available for wakeboarding, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Those who prefer the sport of sampling culinary delights, a variety of restaurants are situated close by.

Dhow cruising in Doha Qatar
Sail along the Corniche Bay on a Dhow cruise whilst sampling local delicacies and spectacular views. Local companies offer private tours along with music, fishing and barbeque. Noon cruises are recommended as the best time to go to capture the best ambience.
