Final three offer fantastic value

The three remaining homes at Saxon Court, in Sherburn-in-Elmet, near Selby offer unbeatable value for money.

With prices already reduced by up to £20,000 for a quick sale, they also come with carpets and turfed rear gardens included and all of them can potentially be bought with a 95% mortgage.

Prices start at £249,999 for a four-bedroom detached Ruthin while the Lincoln, which also has four bedrooms, is priced at £269,999.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “Saxon Court has been a very successful development and we now have just three new homes left to sell. They’re all detached family homes from our traditional looking New Heritage Collection, with bright, modern family friendly interiors.

“The Lincoln has a lovely L-shaped open plan kitchen, dining and family room, which is a fantastic space for families to come together to cook, eat or simply chat. It also has a separate lounge for more formal entertaining. The Ruthin has an open plan kitchen /dining room, separate lounge with French doors onto the garden and a study or family room. Both properties have four bedrooms, including master with en-suite.”

For those who don’t have a substantial cash deposit the homes are available with a 95% mortgage via the Government-backed NewBuy initiative; or would-be purchasers with an existing property to sell that’s worth at least 35% less than the one they’re buying may be able to use it in part-payment for a brand new Redrow home via part-exchange.

“The end-of-development price reductions, inclusion of carpets and turf, plus the availability of help to buy through one of these two incentives makes these final properties at Saxon Court exceptionally good value,” Patsy added.

Add to this a location that offers easy access to Leeds and York, as well as close proximity to local amenities in the market town of Selby, and it’s easy to see why the final three homes at Saxon Court shouldn’t take long to sell.
