A trio of luxurious homes provides three final chances to be part of an intimate new housing development in the sought-after village of Wrea Green, in Lancashire.

Wrea Green is well known for its pretty ‘chocolate box’ appeal, including a large village duckpond known locally as ‘The Dub’, and it’s been a frequent winner of Lancashire’s Best Kept Village competition.

The rural Fylde village is also home to Redrow’s development of the same name, featuring just 12 large and luxurious four and five-bedroom detached family homes.

Now only three of these homes remain for sale, with prices from £449,995 to £564,950, and those with an existing property to sell may be able to use their current home as part-payment for a bigger, better brand new home.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “Wrea Green boasts beautiful homes in a beautiful location but the chance to own one of them is running out. There’s the opportunity to part-exchange on the remaining three properties, or we’re offering a special incentive on The Gatehouse; it’s our ‘home of the week’ and has been reduced in price to £529,950 with carpets and landscaping included.”

A magnificent, double-fronted property with feature bay windows and five bedrooms, The Gatehouse boasts a 30 ft kitchen, family and breakfast room, plus a separate lounge and dining room. The master bedroom enjoys the luxury of a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite and bedroom two also has an en-suite.

Like all of the homes it features a top-notch specification, including a well equipped kitchen with integrated top brand name appliances including microwave, oven and fridge freezer, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage.
