Locals to name Taylor Wimpey’s development in Aberbargoed

Taylor Wimpey South Wales has challenged residents in Aberbargoed to get their thinking caps on and come up with a name for its new development being built on land off Bedwellty Road.

As well as being given the honour to name Taylor Wimpey’s latest site, the person who comes up with the winning suggestion will be invited to attend the official opening event, where they will be presented with their prize - £200 worth of Next vouchers.

To enter the leading house builder’s competition, all you have to do is submit your naming suggestion along with the reasons why you think your name is suitable to salestwsouthwales[at]@taylorwimpey.com. Taylor Wimpey is accepting entries until midnight on September 19th 2012.

Sara Taylor, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: “We’re very excited about our new development in Aberbargoed. As a community orientated house builder, we like to involve the residents nearby our new development from the very beginning and what better way to do this by giving them the chance to name it?”

Once complete, the new development will consist of a stylish selection of three and four bedroom homes.
