Chorley househunters should move up with Morris
Local housebuilder Morris is offering a 100 per cent part exchange scheme at its Chorley development, called Rivington View, to help local househunters avoid unstable property chains.
It is estimated that 85 per cent of all house sales in England and Wales take place in a chain and these chains often break leaving both buyers and sellers stuck.
Morris’ part exchange scheme has been designed to combat this as Morris will buy a homeowners existing property at its full market value, eliminating much of the uncertainty associated with buying a new home.
