McCarthy & Stone, UK retirement specialist, has expanded its range of independent lifestyle solutions in Greater Manchester with the introduction of Assisted Living to Cheadle Hulme.

Interested parties are being invited to an exclusive event taking place on Thursday 20th September at The Hallmark Hotel, to discover more about Dutton Court, which will offer an exciting new living concept to the over 70’s in the region.

Visitors who attend the event will be given the first opportunity to find out comprehensive details about the development and the benefits of Assisted Living. Presentations will take place at 11am and 2pm.

Fiona Brooks, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy & Stone, explained: “We are delighted to finally be bringing this new offering to Greater Manchester. Dutton Court has been designed specifically to bridge the gap between conventional retirement developments and residential care. It will offer a real alternative for retirees who want to maintain their independence but would appreciate the peace of mind and sense of security that a helping hand can offer.

“We would urge anyone who is considering a move to Dutton Court to come along on 20th September to find out more.”

Dutton Court will enjoy a convenient position on Station Approach, on the site of the former Alliance House building, close to the heart of historic Cheadle Hulme.

The development will provide all the standard features associated with retirement developments, as well as providing additional assistance, which can be tailored to suit the changing needs of residents. Key features will include a waitress service restaurant, domestic assistance and personal care by arrangement.
