Think pink with Tesco’s new food range for Cancer Research UK

Pink Sushi

Brighten up your shopping basket this autumn and help the fight against cancer by stocking up on Tesco’s vibrant new pink food range now available in selected stores and online.

From soup to sushi to store cupboard staples including onions and mushrooms, the range has something for everyone.

Cancer Research UK is Tesco Charity of the Year 2012 and for every pink product that’s purchased a donation will go towards the partnership’s aim of raising £10million to fund 32 early diagnosis and detection research projects across the UK. This will help more people survive cancer and keep more families together.

Pink Sushi

This generous nine piece sushi set includes a smoked salmon and chive onigiri and two egg omelette hosomaki made with special pink rice. Priced at £3, 10p from every pack sold will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Beetroot and Horseradish Dip

A bright pink dip made with juicy beetroot and intense horseradish finished with a splash of double cream. Priced at £1, 10p from every pack sold will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

The Pink One Soup

A light pink smooth soup made with juicy beetroot and sweet apple finished with a splash of single cream. Priced at £1.60, 10p from every pack sold will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Strawberry and Cream Cupcakes

Moist sponge with a hidden centre of strawberry sauce topped with strawberry mousse and fresh cream mousse sprinkled with pink sugar pearls. Priced at £2, 10p from every pack sold will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Mushrooms

For every pack of pink punnet mushrooms sold including closed cup, button, flat, chestnut and portabella priced from 78p to £1.50, 2p will be donated to Cancer Research UK. This promotion runs between 23rd September and 6th October.

Onions

Priced at £1.29 for three, 10p from each pack sold will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
