Oundle set for housing boost

A regional housebuilder has submitted plans to further extend its residential development in Oundle.

Peterborough-based Charles Church plan to build a mix of 43 luxury and 19 affordable two, three and four bedroom homes on the 6.2 acre site off Glapthorn Road, Oundle. East Northants District Council will now consider the application.
