Make your first home a Redrow home with FirstBuy

First time buyers are being invited to join Redrow at College Court in Wigan to discover how they could save thousands off the initial price of a brand new home with FirstBuy.

The incentive offers first time buyers the chance to reduce the cost of setting up home with the help of an equity loan for up to 20% of the price. And to explain how first time buyers can benefit, Redrow is holding a special event at College Court this Sunday (October 7).

With FirstBuy a three-bedroom Kenilworth style home that’s ready to move into could be secured with a deposit of £6,719 and a mortgage for £127,676. The equity loan covers the remaining £33,600.

“It may seem complicated, but in simple terms FirstBuy could help aspiring home owners make that all-important first step onto the housing ladder as it significantly reduces the cost of the home they’re buying,” Claire adds. “Provided their total annual income is less than £60,000 they should be eligible for the valuable help and if they come along to our event they can find out all about it.”
