The French ski region of Les 3 Vallees is offering a family of four the chance to go from beginners to experts in just one ski season, with a prize worth more than £30,000.

The ‘Easy Rider’ competition from Les 3 Vallees means one family of four non-skiers will fly out to the Alps with Monarch Airlines five times during this winter.

Transfers, accommodation, season lift passes are all included as well.  Private ski lessons will be provided by the ESF, the French ski school.

And don’t worry about all the gear: Salomon will provide new skis and boots for all four family members, while Scott will give them a top quality jacket, ski pants, gloves, goggles and helmet.

The winners will fly out to the Alps five times during the 2012/13 winter – for two week-long trips (at Christmas and February half term) and three weekend trips.

To enter the competition, all families need to do is post a short (100 secs max) video on the Les 3 Vallees Facebook page, saying why they think they should win. Entries need to be posted before 29 October 2012.

The winning family will be selected in early November.
