Vauxhall owners can book servicing online

Vauxhall drivers can now take the easy route to car maintenance, thanks to Vauxhall’s new quick and easy online booking service - with prices starting at £99.
 
Using a brand new microsite, owners can enter their registration number and mileage, or select their car from a drop down menu, before finding out the exact price of service or repair work. The exclusive prices are guaranteed, and cover scheduled services, repairs and MOTs, and owners can select a Vauxhall MasterFit dealer at a time that’s the most convenient for them.
 
The new service allows owners access to both Vauxhall’s Fixed Price Repairs and Fixed Price Servicing, which start from just £99 including labour, parts and VAT. There are no hidden charges, and no surprises, so owners know what they’ll pay before they hand their car over.   All work is carried out by Vauxhall-trained technicians using only genuine parts.
 
Car servicing and repairs can be booked online at the ‘Book a Service’ section of vauxhall.co.uk. Designed to be as straightforward as possible, owners simply enter the car’s details, select the type of work they want, select a MasterFit retailer and then find the time that best suits them. The owner only needs to enter their personal details to confirm the booking.
 
Appointments are available at 48 hours’ notice at local Vauxhall MasterFit retailers, offering motorists a fast and convenient solution with maximum control over their own time to book what they want, when they want it.
 
The new initiative continues Vauxhall MasterFit’s drive to offer its customers an aftersales package that fits around their lifestyle. “We’ve found that roughly a third of our customers like to book their car in for work outside of normal business hours,” explains Vauxhall Aftersales Marketing Manager, Andy Biernacki. “The new Vauxhall MasterFit online system takes the hassle out of booking a service, and gives our customers peace of mind that they’re getting great value from their local retailer.”
