Last chance to buy a new detached home at Mill Gate

Buyers in Aspull need to move quickly if they want to secure a detached family home at Morris’ Mill Gate development, off Mill lane.

Since its launch in 2011, Mill Gate has been popular with families looking to invest in a quality new-build home and now there are only three detached properties remaining.

To help local buyers move up the property ladder, Morris is offering both the government-led NewBuy scheme and its own 100 per cent part-exchange scheme.

NewBuy allows househunters to apply for a 95 per cent mortgage and put down a small deposit of just five per cent.

Under the 100 per cent part-exchange scheme, Morris will purchase the buyer’s existing property for 100 per cent of its market value. With a guaranteed buyer, there are no lengthy property chains and the housebuyer could be living in their new home by Christmas.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Mill Gate is perfect for families as it offers larger homes and private countryside living only ten minutes’ drive from Wigan city centre.

“The schemes are designed to help a wide range of househunters, whether it’s reducing their deposit with NewBuy, or speeding up the moving process with part exchange.”

Mill Gate is an exclusive and well-landscaped development of just 25 homes which runs adjacent to the local green belt and has good road and rail links to Manchester and nearby Wigan.

The remaining four-bedroom homes at Mill Gate are priced from £279,750. Morris also has a range of three-bedroom town houses available priced from £214,750. For more information, visit morrishomes.co.uk.
