Festive fun in a brand new home in Weedon Bec could be on the cards for buyers who have the presence of mind to act now.

Selected properties at Harman’s Chase are almost ready to move into.

And as a ‘gift’ to customers, award-winning Redrow is offering part exchange to help get people moving.

It means those who act fast will be able to deck the halls with boughs of holly and put up the tree ready for a good old fashioned family Christmas in a brand new home.

Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), commented: “The festive season may only be weeks away, but there’s still time for families to move in time for Christmas. In fact, even those with an existing property to sell could be unlocking the door to a brand new home before they’ve opened the first door on their advent calendar thanks to part exchange. Put simply, we will buy their old home from them so that they can buy one of ours.”

Among the homes that are almost ready to move into is the four-bedroom Oxford, on the market at £284,950.

It features an open plan kitchen and dining room, that’s the perfect setting for a festive family feast, after which householders and their guests can retire to the spacious lounge.

Like all new Redrow homes, the kitchen in the Oxford is well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, including oven, hob, microwave and a fridge freezer big enough for the turkey. There are also tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer a stylish storage solution for any extra mince pies.

Tonia said: “The bedrooms in the Oxford are all well proportioned so for those on Santa’s ‘nice list’ there’ll be no need to worry about where to keep presents on Boxing Day and beyond. And for little ones who are concerned Santa won’t know they have moved in the run up to Christmas – our sales consultants will make sure the elves know!”

Harmans Chase is located in Harmans Way in Weedon Bec, or Weedon as it’s more often known. The village lies at the crossroads of the A5 and A45, between Daventry and Northampton and close to the M1 motorway. Local shops, schools and pubs, a village hall, clubs and societies for all ages all help give Weedon its character and community feel. There are also sports fields, recreation areas and local footpaths, including a stretch of the 110-mile Nene Way and towpaths along the Grand Union Canal.

To discover how Redrow could help you move in time for Christmas, visit the show homes and sales office, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
