Early bird buyers snap up new homes
Buyers are being urged to act now if they want to purchase their preferred property at Tove Grange in Towcester.

Generally speaking, to take advantage of part exchange, customers must be selling a property that’s worth a minimum of 35% less than the new build home. If the price differential is suitable Redrow will work with them to make their move quick, simple and stress-free.
