The eagerly anticipated Nobu Hotel has opened its doors to the public. A masterful collaboration between Caesars Palace, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Nobu Hospitality primary shareholders, actor Robert De Niro and Hollywood film producer Meir Teper, the 181 room boutique hotel, along with a 327 seat Nobu Restaurant and Lounge, will bring a new level of luxury, culture, sophistication and great cuisine to the Las Vegas Strip. With a worldwide following and a global presence, Nobu certainly is one of the most significant and exciting new developments in the destination.

Las Vegas has established itself as the entertainment, dining and retail capital of the world over the past decade; it is where hospitality trends not only begin, but flourish and spread. With the addition of the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his team will bring world-wide acclaim, an international following and a new level of service, design and great dining to the Las Vegas landscape.

The interior of the existing Centurion Tower underwent a multi-million dollar renovation, lead by designer David Rockwell, who has created a stylish interior which conveys the fun and energetic lifestyle of Nobu. The Nobu Hotel will offer a non-gaming, boutique hotel experience situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, meaning guests will have access to the world-class entertainment, restaurants and shopping that the destination resort is well known for.

Exclusive Nobu guest privileges include a personalised arrival experience with in-room iPad registration, complimentary access to the 5,500-square-foot fitness centre at Qua Baths & Spa, priority reservations and VIP access to Nobu Restaurant and Lounge Caesars Palace, VIP access to Pure Nightclub, 24-hour access to Nobu’s first ever in room dining menu and an upgraded minibar designed by Chef Nobu, which will include his signature brands of chilled sake and Genmai-Cha brown rice green tea.

Room rates start at £157 on a weekday with weekend rates ranging from £176 to £221, depending on the time of the year.
