House hunters in Bracknell are being urged to buy now and save money following the recent news that house prices have rose over 1.9% in the last three months, compared to the previous three months in 2012.

The latest report showed signs of improvement in the housing market towards the end of last year and continuing into January. Alongside the 1.9% price rise, prices were also 1.3% higher than in the same period a year ago, making this the first annual rise for 27 months.

Darren McCormack, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, commented: “This news is indicating that the economy is showing signs of recovery, therefore we are urging anyone who is looking to get on the property ladder this summer or is thinking of upsizing to their dream family home to get in their quick, before prices rise again.
