Builder-friendly liability insurance

Build Assure, part of the FMB, has announced the launch of its Builder’s Liability Insurance offering, which has been specifically tailored by trade professionals for the Building and Construction sector.

Crucial for builders and contractors, Builder’s Liability Insurance offers a range of optional covers protecting businesses against risks such as Public and Employers Liability, loss or damage to tools or contract works as well as Personal Accident benefits. So, whether they are working on large construction projects or performing minor household repairs, liability insurance is an essential part of a builder’s job.

Available to Build Assure and FMB members at preferential rates, the new Builder’s Liability Insurance has been designed by professionals with extensive trade experience to meet the everyday needs of builders and contractors. It will also be offered to non-members looking to protect their business, and pocket, from unforeseen incidents and third party compensation claims.
