A new range of homes have been unveiled at Taylor Wimpey’s High Farm development in Middlesbrough.

The new phase offers a mix of two and three bedroom semi-detached designs, including the Canford and Gosford, which are both available with the government backed FirstBuy scheme.

Debbie Whittingham, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, commented: “We’re delighted to start the next phase of build at High Farm.  The new two and three bedroom styles are a fantastic addition to the site, and the fact that we have a choice of schemes which only require a five per cent deposit is even better.”

The developers FirstBuy scheme works as a joint 20 per cent loan from Taylor Wimpey and the government, with buyers being able to benefit from just a five per cent deposit.

The two bedroom Canford home at High Farm is available from just £79,960 using the FirstBuy scheme, while the three bed, two bathroom Gosford can be bought from only £103,960.

For house-hunters with a property to sell, who are looking for a larger three or four bed detached home, the Part Exchange initiative is available; where Taylor Wimpey acts as the cash buyer for your existing property at 100 per cent market value and also covers estate agency fees.

Debbie concluded: “There is a fantastic range of financial schemes on offer at High Farm, and with the addition of the two and three bedroom homes there really is something for everyone at High Farm.”
