With 15 sales in three months, Redrow is experiencing sales success in Bracknell.

The popularity of Kensington Place, part of the wider Jennett’s Park development, is attributed to a winning combination of the location and high specification, along with a commitment to customer service and incentives available to help get people moving.

Julie Davies, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), commented: “We’ve achieved a fantastic sales rate of five a month at Kensington Place in the last quarter, making it our best selling development in the South Midlands. It’s our fourth phase of homes within Jennett’s Park and we’re continuing to build on the success we have seen in the area.

“People want to be part of the blossoming community that’s developed here and it’s proving particularly popular with families as along with the homes, there’s also a school and several play areas. It’s not just the location that’s appealing to buyers – they recognise that we have a good reputation for building quality homes and love how our New Heritage Collection designs combine the best of old and new.

“Plus we have a friendly, experienced sales team who are committed to delivering high standards of customer service and take pride in making moving as simple possible. In fact Kensington Place is proving so popular that we have people waiting for us to release the homes for sale. We simply can’t build them quick enough!”

Current availability at Kensington Place includes four and five-bedroom homes, with prices from £479,950.

They all enjoy a high specification as standard. Kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances such as oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer; while bathrooms and en-suites enjoy quality fixtures and fittings.

The homes also come with many items buyers may not expect to be included as standard such as fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves, outside lights and under lighting to kitchen units.

“One of the things customers tell us they love about buying a brand new home is that it offers them a blank canvas they can personalise to their taste. They won’t have to inherit someone else’s decor, but depending on the build stage they could enjoy the fun of choosing the finish of everything from the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom tiles and then sit back and relax while we do the hard work for them,” Julie added.

Jennett’s Parks is the ideal commuter base as Bracknell is only five minutes away and Reading can be reached in 20 minutes. There’s also easy access to the M3 and M4 via the A329 Berkshire Way; while direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.

There are plenty of opportunities for residents to enjoy the great outdoors close to home as approximately half of the venture is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

To discover why so many people are choosing to make Kensington Place their home, visit the show homes, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
