Exclusive private jet safari

8th April 2013 Print

Geoffrey Kent invites just 40 guests to join him for the ultimate safari, a 5000 mile African odyssey from one end of the continent to the other, transported in the lap of luxury in a private jet from one sensational destination to the next.

In March 2014, Abercrombie & Kent’s privately chartered jet will take travellers on an extraordinary 19 day journey that includes the best and most exclusive highlights of the African continent. Able to land where larger commercial planes cannot, the Abercrombie & Kent jet takes passengers right to the heart of the action in 5 star comfort, saving precious time and allowing for an action-packed timetable studded with unforgettable experiences.

A truly remarkable itinerary is orchestrated by Abercrombie & Kent’s most experienced and sought-after guides. Departing from the luxurious St Regis in Rome, the journey includes wonders such as Ethiopia’s ancient rock-hewn churches, the endangered gorillas of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda, the open plains of Tanzania’s Serengeti, Zambia and the Victoria Falls by helicopter, Botswana’s wildlife-rich Chobe National Park, the haunting otherworldliness of Namibia, and culminates with an epicurean flourish in South Africa.

A highlight of the adventure is a 3 day safari in Tanzania’s Serengeti at the height of the migration, hosted by the inimitable Geoffrey Kent, pioneering Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Abercrombie & Kent.

As Geoffrey Kent said, “I am delighted to welcome guests on such a fabulous and intimate adventure; to share the Africa I know and love in the style, luxury and comfort that are the hallmarks of travelling with Abercrombie & Kent”.

Kerry Golds, Managing Director of Abercrombie & Kent Travel added, “This African private jet safari is the distillation of what makes A&K unique. Incredible experiences, minute attention to detail, privileged access, expert guides and seamless luxury from start to finish – it reinforces our position at the zenith of bespoke travel”.

This ultimate African private jet adventure costs £55,000 per person (£9,675 single person supplement).
