Help to Buy big with house-builder
Taylor Wimpey Manchester has announced the new government-backed Help to Buy initiative will be available on larger designs at its two Shevington developments, Beechwood Villas and Oakwood Meadows.
The new scheme will allow prospective buyers in Lancashire to now secure four and five bedroom homes up to the value of £600,000 at the popular developments, with just five per cent deposits.

Similarly, The Balmoral home design at Oakwood Meadows which is on the market from £329,995, can be bought using Help to Buy for £263,995; and this boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
