Line up grows at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel
Familiar faces return to Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel this summer with the revelation of the latest confirmed residencies, establishing the best daytime line-up on the White Isle.
Pete Tong has confirmed his daytime residency at The Ushuaia Club, while Sasha is to host a brand new residency at The Ushuaia Tower, which launches for its debut season in May.
They join an already outstanding confirmed line-up at Ushuaia for summer 2013, and with still more announcements to be made on the final programme, there won’t be a better place on the island for daytime entertainment. It promises a superb 2013 season for Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, which now comprises of The Ushuaia Club, featuring the iconic poolside stage, and The Ushuaia Tower, Ibiza’s brand new luxury hotel where live performances will take place around the infinity pool overlooking the Med.
Ibiza superstar, Pete Tong, launches an ambitious new Ibicenco party with Le Grand Bazaar at Ushuaia, inviting international artists and the freshest underground talent to join him on the unique outdoor stage. Pete has already revealed guest artists; Fatboy Slim, Carl Cox and Hot Natured (for their debut Ibiza live performance) during his nine week stint and is set to make further announcements soon. The Friday residency will launch on 5th July and continue until 30th August. Matching the vibrant atmosphere of Ushuaia, conceptual and installation artist Damien Hirst will head up the artwork, bringing his inimitable style to the Ushuaia stage.
Sundays at The Ushuaia Tower will be championed by Sasha for 13 daytime parties from 7th July. A host of his favourite artists, friends and collaborators will appear alongside a secret unannounced guest each week, adding to the excitement at the brand new The Ushuaia Tower. Hailing from Wales, DJ/Producer Sasha has hosted daytime parties at Ushuaia for the past three summers, starting off on the beach of Playa d’en Bossa in 2010, prior to the opening of Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel. The new poolside setting at The Ushuaia Tower will revisit the intimate and relaxed ambience of the original Ushuaia parties on the beachfront.
