Coventry extends range of Offset and Flexx for Term mortgages

Coventry Building Society has extended it's highly competitive range of Offset and Flexx for Term options.

The new products include a Flexx for Term deal at 80% LTV with a great rate of 3.25%. Available from Tuesday 30th April highlights include;

2.45%, 2 Year Fixed Rate until 30.06.15 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.15

3.69%, 5 Year Fixed Rate until 30.06.18, 80% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.18

3.25%, Flexx for Term, 80% LTV £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.

2.99%, Offset, 2 Year Fixed Rate until 30.06.15, 75% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.15
