Nobu Hotel, Caesars Palace - The world’s first Nobu hotel is opening this weekend (27th April) in Las Vegas. Unsurprisingly the hotel features exquisite Japanese cuisine from world-class chef Nobu Matsuhisa. "The first-ever Nobu hotel, restaurant and lounge will offer a stylish new experience of luxury and hospitality, appealing to returning Caesars Palace guests and attracting new visitors," said Gary Selesner, president of Caesars Palace.
Hakkasan Las Vegas at MGM Grand
Envisioned and created by Hakkasan Ltd. and its partners Angel Management Group (AMG), Hakkasan Las Vegas is a five-level culinary and nightlife mecca set to open its doors this month at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. It will showcase a unique convergence of dramatic design, modern Cantonese cuisine and world-class cocktails. Hakkasan Nightclub opened to the public on the 18th of April with the restaurant debut scheduled for the 3rd of May.
