Homebuyers could enjoy a quick and easy move to a brand new home in St Neots with help from Redrow.

There are properties at Priory Gardens that are simply waiting for the finishing touches that help transform a house into a home. And with a range of incentives available, buyers could find that they’re able to move sooner than they expected.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains: “Priory Gardens continues to attract keen interest from home buyers who want to know how they can own one of our stylish New Heritage Collection properties. Our friendly, experienced sales consultants are happy to guide them through the various ways we can help make their dream move a reality. For example, customers could save thousands of pounds off the initial purchase price with Help to Buy. It’s ideal for those who want or need to move, but perhaps don’t have substantial equity in their current property to fund a step up the ladder.”

Priory Gardens offers a good choice of four-bedroom homes, with current prices from £314,950.

A Harrogate style property is now ready to move into from £320,950 or for an initial outlay of £256,760 with Help to Buy.

The Help to Buy price is made up of a 4% deposit from the customer of £12,838 and a mortgage of £243,922, which amounts to 76% of the property’s full value. The remaining 20% share is covered by an equity loan, which is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available or when they resell.

Alternatively, those who can afford the monthly mortgage repayments but perhaps don’t have a large cash deposit or substantial equity in the home they’re moving from could opt to take out a 95% mortgage through the NewBuy initiative.

Or, those with a house to sell could secure a buyer through Redrow’s Mastermove service. The award-winning housebuilder may even take a customer’s property in part exchange for a brand new home.

The Harrogate features a combined kitchen, dining area and family room, which is complemented by a separate lounge for quieter moments. A utility and downstairs cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoying the benefit of an en-suite, with the remaining three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.

“The Harrogate is perfect for those who want a quick move as it’s now ready to be occupied. We’ve already laid the carpets and fitted the kitchen with integrated top brand appliances so all the buyer will need to do is bring along their furniture and personal effects,” Helen adds.
