Only 3 townhouses currently remain for sale at the hugely successful Crescent Place, at Jennett’s Park, where Thames Valley Housing has been selling two and three bedroom homes, on behalf of Bracknell Forest Homes. Crescent Place forms part of the widely renowned Jennett’s Park development, on the outskirts of Bracknell in the heart of Berkshire, and a show home for the townhouses is now open which has been designed by boutique interior designers DAPA.

Available through shared ownership, prices for a three bedroom home at Crescent Place, Jennett’s Park, start from £94,500 for a 35% share for a three bed townhouse house priced at £270,000. To be considered, applicants must be eligible for Homebuy and live or work in the Bracknell Forest borough of Berkshire.

Kush Rawal, Assistant Director (Sales & Marketing) at Thames Valley Housing comments: “The homes at Crescent Place have already proven hugely successful amongst young couples and families and it is very encouraging to see that buyers are seeing the potential in Bracknell as a place to live. The show home gives those looking to buy at Crescent Palce the opportunity to experience what life at Jennett’s Park would be like and DAPA have done an expert job at bringing a piece of Jenentt’s Park’s country setting into the home.”

The interiors at the show home have been inspired by the woodland setting of Crescent Place, Jennett’s Park, which lies adjacent to a beautiful country park. The homes offer everything required for modern living with fully fitted stylish Moores kitchens and a contemporary bathroom suite. Each home is built to a high standard and benefits from its own private garden and parking space.

The development combines modern urban village living over an area of more than 270 acres, with open space covering approximately half of this former farmland. The development has access to footpaths and cycleways for all to enjoy amongst its wildlife corridors, meadows and woodlands, with playing fields and recreational areas for those wanting to make the most of the great outdoors. At the heart of the development is a playground, a primary school and the stylish Peacock Farm pub. With a community centre providing a variety of clubs, Jennett’s Park is popular with families and young professionals alike.

Jennet’s Park is within easy access of both Wokingham and the centre of Bracknell which offers an excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes, and is home to a popular arts centre, theatre, and cinema. There is also a water park and dry ski slope nearby as well as various football, rugby, hockey and cricket clubs to suit all sporting enthusiasts.

Bracknell is also a popular residential area amongst south-east commuters as it offers a range of transport links. Bracknell has two train stations, Bracknell and Martins Heron, with direct services to London Waterloo and Gatwick airport in just under an hour, Heathrow in approximately 30 minutes and Reading in twenty minutes. By road, it is situated at the end of the A329 (M) mid-way between junction 10 of the M4 which takes you straight into the heart of London or out to Reading and Swindon and junction 3 of the M3 linking Basingstoke and London. Jennett’s Park is also served by its own dedicated bus service connecting the development with Bracknell town centre.
