Housebuilder Morris Homes has announced the launch of a brand new development called Brookview Place on Hulme Road in Kearsley.

The development will consist of 33 three and four-bedroom homes with prices starting from £172,750 A variety of Government and Morris initiatives are available to help buyers get on or move up the property ladder, including the new Help to Buy scheme.

The initiative means buyers will be able to purchase one of the new homes with a deposit of just £8,637 a far cry from the average deposit in the North West of £38,704.

The development is situated next to the River Irwell and is only minutes from the local railway station, within 20 minutes’ drive of Manchester city centre.

Regional sales director for Morris, Chris Minshall, said: “Kearsley is becoming increasingly popular with families as it has great commuter links into Manchester and beyond.

“This new development will offer people quality homes with very affordable prices thanks to the initiatives we have on offer.

“Anyone interested in the development should make an appointment with our dedicated sales adviser as soon as possible as we’re not expecting the homes to be around for long.”
