Homeowners are invited to join Elan Homes in Audenshaw to learn how they could make a stress-free move without having to worry about selling their existing property.

Elan is offering part exchange on selected properties at its Parklands development in Audenshaw Road. To explain how the scheme works, the housebuilder is hosting special events this weekend and next (June 8-9 and June 15-16).

Put simply, Elan will act as cash buyer for a customer’s existing property, leaving them free to move to a new home at Parklands with virtually no hassle. It’s already proved a popular option for a number of buyers keen to make an Elan home their own.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “We will give purchasers 100% market value for their existing home, so buyers will not only have the reassurance that they have a guaranteed buyer but they can also be confident that they will receive a fair and realistic price.

“There are no estate agent’s fees to pay and there’s no risk of getting stuck in a housing chain. And because our customers are buying a brand new home, there’s no onward chain either so purchasers can move in as soon as their new house is ready.

“Homeowners who want to know more about part exchange should come along to one of our events to discover how quick and simply buying and selling in this way can be. In fact they could be just weeks away from moving day”

Parklands features four-bedroom homes in four different styles. Current prices range from £249,995 to £274,995.

Each property is well planned to offer plenty of space and ease of living, making them ideal for buyers who want a home that gives their family room to grow.

Open plan layouts provide sociable, multifunctional living spaces where parents can prepare meals and supervise children as they play, watch television or do their homework.

But the homes aren’t just practical, they’re stylish too with a high specification as standard.

Customers will have their choice of fitted kitchens, complete with integrated oven and hob; while family bathrooms and en-suites to master bedrooms will enjoy contemporary suites.

Residents of Parklands will find there’s plenty to do close to home – from canal-side walks to a round of golf; while the bright city lights of Manchester are only five miles away with a an indoor ski slope, thriving nightlife, bars and restaurants. Or if you want to explore the great outdoors, the Peak District is only 10 miles away.

The city is only a 10 minute train journey from Fairfield station. A new Metrolink stop is now open in nearby Droylsden, with a stop in Audenshaw due to become operational later this year, further improving the already strong transport links that also include easy access to the motorway network.

Part exchange events take place at Parklands this weekend and next (June 8-9 & June 15-16)
