Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided to help eligible customers to purchase any new-build property up to the value of £600,000, meaning they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit. There is no salary cap for buyers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to move.

Help to Buy is currently available with a selection of apartments at Needham Maltings, including one-bedroom designs, priced from £99,995, and two-bedroom plots, priced from £129,995.
