Discerning property-seekers are being urged to mark Saturday 3rd August in their diaries – and make sure they’re one of the first in line at Taylor Wimpey’s prestigious new Milliners Park development in Luton.

The leading housebuilder is busy preparing new homes for sale at this highly desirable new property collection, offering potential buyers an early glimpse of the fantastic lifestyle they could be enjoying here.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re very much looking forward to introducing this exciting new development to savvy home-hunters in Luton, and judging by the interest and early off plan reservations we’re already receiving from would-be purchasers, Milliners Park looks set to be hugely popular.

“With an exceptional range of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses on offer, plus a range of money-saving incentives available to help buyers in all circumstances, there really is something here for everyone.”

Detailed plans and prices for the new homes at Milliners Park will be unveiled at the opening of the Sales Centre on Saturday 3rd August. The beautifully designed four-bedroom ‘Eldon’ showhome will then open its doors two weeks later on Saturday 17th August.

In the meantime, home-hunters can reserve a new home off plan or register their interest now to ensure they receive all the latest updates from this hotly-anticipated new development.

The brand new Government-backed Help to Buy shared equity scheme will be available at Milliners Park, enabling homebuyers to take their pick from a choice of stunning new homes for just 80% of their full price – including a 5% deposit.

Under Help to Buy, the Government provides eligible purchasers with a 20% loan to help them secure new-build homes priced up to £600,000. The initiative is available to both first-time buyers and those with a property to sell, and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

Milliners Park enjoys a peaceful location close to a good selection of local amenities for day-to-day living, including a grocery, a post office, a pre-school, a supermarket plus pubs and places to eat.

Parents will appreciate there is a choice of well-regarded schools close by for children of all ages including Stopsley High School and Stopsley Community Primary School, while pleasant countryside strolls are just a short stroll away at Stopsley Common and historic Wardown Park on the River Lea.

Just over a mile away are the rich and varied shopping and leisure opportunities of Luton town centre, including big name stores at The Mall shopping centre, a wide selection of independent shops and a vibrant indoor market. The town also boasts a wealth of pubs and bars and restaurants with cuisine from around the world, plus theatres and museums.

Milliners Park is well connected for commuters with the M1 just four miles away, while the new homes are within walking distance of Luton railway station for regular direct services to London St Pancras in only 25 minutes. For those travelling further afield, Luton Airport is just three miles from home.

The official launch of Milliners Park is taking place at 10am on Saturday 3rd August. The development is located off Birchen Grove, Luton, LU2 7TJ, and open five days a week from 10am to 5pm on Thursdays to Sundays and 1.30pm to 5pm on Mondays.
