Call on the concierge at Cliveden

Life is a whole lot easier for residents at Cliveden Village in Taplow, Buckinghamshire, thanks to Concierge and Estate Manager, Pawel Chamski. Always on hand to deal with deliveries, help organise social events and travel arrangements, he also provides an overall security role to ensure peace of mind, especially when purchasers are away on holiday or if they live abroad for part of the year.

Pawel comments: “About 90% of the residents at Cliveden Village use the concierge services on a regular basis, especially some of the people who travel or live abroad for some of the year. As a key holder I can accept parcels and either hold or deliver them to the property. People also use the service to ensure that their properties are safe while they’re away and for things that simply make their life easier and give them peace of mind. I also undertake general estate management duties such as ensuring the communal areas are well maintained, as well as providing a general security role.”

Originally from Poland where he served as a military policeman, Pawel has lived in the UK for over 10 years. He lives nearby in Slough with his girlfriend Agata and their 8 month old daughter Lana. He has been the Estate Manager at Cliveden Village for over a year.
