This September, Ultra-premium Berkeley Square London Dry Gin is hosting London’s most exclusive cocktail event; the Mayfair Berkeley Square Gin Cocktail Trail. Mayfair residents and visitors alike will be able to enjoy bespoke Berkeley Square Gin cocktails at six of Mayfair’s most eminent bars, hotels and restaurants including:

34, 34 Grosvenor Square
Artesian at The Langham, 1C Portland Place
The Greenhouse, 27A Hays Mews
The Churchilll, 30 Portman Square
Umu, 14 – 16 Bruton Place
Rivoli Ritz, 150 Piccadilly

Each of the six bars were invited to design a sophisticated cocktail to accentuate the unique and exquisitely smooth blend of eight botanicals included in Berkeley Square Gin, including sage, lavender, kaffir lime leaves and basil, as part of the Berkeley Square Cocktail Competition.

After careful consideration, our esteemed judges announced A Nightingale Sang by Scott Green from 34 as the winner. Served as an aperitif style drink with a small pinch of coconut, the prized cocktail includes 35ml Berkeley Square, 35ml Leduc-Piedimonte Iced Cider, 2.5ml Bergamot Juice and a lemon twist to garnish.

However don't just rely on our judges, why don't you enjoy a leisurely walk around London's most exclusive postcodes and visit a selection of the six bars to decide your favourite Berkeley Square Gin cocktail.

Cocktails on the Mayfair Berkeley Square Gin Cocktail Trail range between £12 - £18.

New Bottle Design

The Mayfair Cocktail Trail will also give visitors one of the first chances to see the anticipated redesign of the new Berkeley Square bottle, with sleeker and more refined edges and a subtle black and silver label, synonymous with the colours found on the front doors of the houses in the 18th Century Mayfair Square which its name derives from.

The Single Malt of Gin

Much like the finest whiskies and Cognacs, Berkeley Square is distilled in small batches, in copper pot still No.8. Its unique and complex flavour is derived from a carefully selected combination of eight botanicals, with the result producing a truly exquisite tasting gin which can be enjoyed straight or on the rocks, and one that is strictly for the discerning drinker.
