25th October 2013 Print

Home-builder Taylor Wimpey will launch its new Annandale Park housing development in Skelton in Cleveland this Saturday 26th October.

The sales centre will be open from 11am on Saturday, when prospective buyers will be able to gain an insight into the homes, prices and incentives that will be available on the 122 home scheme.

Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire explains: “Opening a new development is always exciting and there has been considerable hype surrounding the homes that we would be bringing to Annandale Park.

“We’re certain the launch will not disappoint; particularly with the fantastic initiatives which are available for buyers.”
The site will feature a range of three and four bedroom designs that will be available to buy using schemes such as Part Exchange and the government-backed Help to Buy initiatve.

Help to buy enables eligible purchasers the option of securing a property at the development with just a five per cent deposit; while also benefiting from a 20 per cent equity loan.

Debbie continues: “Through schemes like Help to Buy, both first and second-time buyers can take advantage of the low deposit required to progress on the property ladder. The homes at Annandale Park will appeal to a wide variety of home-buyers and what better way to find out more than coming along to the opening.

“Our team will be on-hand to provide information on the development and discuss the options available for buyers to help them make the move to Annandale Park.”

Following the launch, the sales information centre will be open between 10am and 5.30pm Thursday to Monday. For further information on the Annandale Park development, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
