House-builder Taylor Wimpey has announced they will be opening the doors to a brand new show home at its popular Scholars Rise development in Middlesbrough this weekend.

House-hunters are invited to the official launch this Saturday 28th September from 11am for an exclusive first glimpse at the new four bedroom Malbury show home.

Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire said: “There has been considerable interest in the Malbury design as it offers an incredible amount of space for the money.

“We are delighted to now have the show home on-site and show case just how flexible the design is, and also to offer advice on the range of schemes available which can aid purchasers in making a move; particulary through incentives like Part Exchange.”

Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange initiative gives existing home-owners the option of having the house-builder become their guaranteed cash buyer in exchange for a new home. The scheme also sees Taylor Wimpey cover the estate agency fees for a stress-free move.

The Malbury design features four large bedrooms and two bathrooms and is available from £219,950. It also boasts a spacious lounge with French doors over-looking the rear garden.

Debbie added: “Visiting a show home is the perfect way to envisage living in a new home, and the Malbury certainly doesn’t disappoint.

“Scholars Rise has a great community feel and we look forward to welcoming more interested buyers this weekend.”

For more information about the homes visit the development on Marton Road, open Thursday to Monday 10am until 5.30pm. Alternatively log onto taylorwimpey.co.uk.
