Discerning property-seekers can find out more about the superb range of homes available to buy at Taylor Wimpey’s hotly-anticipated The Arboretum development in Haverhill when the site is officially unveiled.

Would-be buyers can visit the new sales cabin when it opens on Saturday 2nd November where they will be able to look at detailed plans for the wide selection of properties on offer.

Savvy house-hunters will also be able to take the first pick of the plots available at this stunning new community bordered by some beautiful Suffolk countryside.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: “There has already been a huge level of interest in this fabulous development from prospective purchasers looking for a stunning new home.

“I would encourage people to come along to the opening of our new sales cabin to ensure they get first choice of the plots we have on offer at The Arboretum.”

There is a range of properties available to reserve at The Arboretum, including one-bedroom apartments from £114,995, two-bedroom homes from £136,995, three-bedroom houses from £204,995 and four-bedroom properties from £239,995.

The Arboretum forms part of the Haverhill Research Park, a 30-acre redevelopment site that sits on the northern fringe of Haverhill, a busy market town that boasts a good range of high street shops and independent stores in its part-pedestrianised town centre.

A wide selection of leisure activities will ensure families are well catered for, including the Haverhill Arts Centre, which serves as a cinema and theatre, and a well-equipped leisure centre.

The development itself will boast plenty of public open space, including woodland, play areas and public cyclepaths and footpaths, while there is a Sainsbury’s supermarket close by and a family-friendly pub/restaurant will be opening in early 2014.

Parents will appreciate the good choice of schools on offer in the town, including the nearby New Cangle Community Primary School and Burton End Community Primary School, which are both rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted.

For commuters, the development is a 20-minute drive from the A11, which leads north to the A14 and south to the M11, and is just a 14-mile car journey away from Cambridge. Meanwhile, Audley End railway station is 16 miles away and has direct links to London Liverpool Street.

House-hunters can be among the first to find out about the new homes available at The Arboretum by attending the launch of the sales cabin on Saturday 2nd November from 10am until 5pm.

The development is located at Haverhill Research Park, off the A1307, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 7SW, and will be open thereafter on Monday from 1.30pm until 5pm, and then Thursday to Sunday from 10am until 5pm.
